2 lemons, grated rind
4 cups water
2 oranges, grated rind
1/2 cup lemon juice
12 whole cloves
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Steen's Pure Cane Syrup
Mint sprigs


Combine lemon rind, orange rind, cloves, sugar and 2 cups water; simmer 5 minutes. Strain; cool. Combine with remaining water, lemon and orange juice and syrup. Pour over ice in tall glasses. Top each with sprig of mint.
