1 grapefruit
2 tbsp Steen's Pure Cane Syrup


Cut grapefruit in halves. Cut around each section, loosening fruit from membrane. (Do not cut around outer edge of fruit; cut only within the membrane of each segment.) Top each grapefruit half with 1 tbsp of syrup. Place on broiler rack 3 inches from heat. Broil slowly for 10 to 15 minutes, or until grapefruit is slightly browned and heated through.
