1 pkg (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup Steen's Pure Cane Syrup


Combine semi-sweet chocolate pieces and evaporated milk in top of double boiler. Place over hot (not boiling) water; stir until chocolate is melted. Blend. Stir in syrup. Spoon over ice cream.

YIELD: 1 2/3 cups sauce
