Harvest Pumpkin Pie


2/3 cups sugar
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Steen's Pure Cane Syrup
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 tsp ginger
3 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 - 9" unbaked pastry shell

Sift together sugar, flour, salt and spices into mixing bowl. Add syrup, pumpkin, and eggs; mix well. Stir in evaporated milk. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center of filling comes out clean.
