1 egg, separated
1 cup cold milk
2 tsps Steen's Pure Cane Syrup
few grains salt
few grains nutmeg

Beat egg yolk; add syrup; mix well. Add milk, salt and nutmeg. Beat egg white stiff; fold in. Serve at once.

VARIATION: If no objection - add one jigger of "Nog".
